ARTICLE 1
Brussels Airport Company NV/SA, with registered office at Topos Merode, Priester Cuypersstraat 3 Rue Abbé Cuypers, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels, Belgium, with company number 0890.082.292 (RPR/RPM Brussels) and with place of business at Brussels National Airport 1M, Compass Building, 1930 Zaventem, and Transavia France S.A.S., with its headquarters at 3 allée Hélène Boucher, 91550 Paray-Vieille-Poste, France, are organising a contest without purchase obligation, which will start on 01/04/2025 and end on 21/04/2025, 23h59.
ARTICLE 2
Participation in this contest is open to all individuals aged 18 or over, except for staff members of BAC and its partners, advertising agencies engaged by BAC and any other persons who worked on setting up the current contest.
The following persons are also excluded from participating in this contest: family members in the first degree of the persons listed in the previous paragraph, as well as persons residing at the same permanent address as the persons listed in the previous paragraph.
By entering the contest, participants will be deemed to have accepted these contest rules.
ARTICLE 3
For any entry in this contest to be valid, participants must navigate to https://memory.brusselsairport.be. On this page, the participant must find 6 identical pairs of photos. At the end of the contest, the participant fills in personal details and answers the tiebreaker question. Additionally, participants can choose whether they would like to receive offers or promotions from Brussels Airport and/or Transavia.
ARTICLE 4
A maximum of 2 winners will be selected.
Winners will be selected as follows: the participant who finds the most identical photo pairs wins a Transavia ticket for two people. In the event of a tie, a winner will be chosen by means of a tie-breaker question (“How many people will have participated in this contest on 21/04/2025 at 23:59?”). If there is still a tie, the person who participated first (i.e., the earliest) will be declared the winner.
The second prize, a Brussels Airport goodie bag, will go to the first person who registered for Enjoy! and found the second highest number of identical photo pairs. If there is a tie, the tie-breaker question (“How many people will have participated in this contest on 21/04/2025 at 23:59?”) will determine the winner. If there is a tie even then, the person who participated at the earliest date and then at the earliest time wins.
Any entry that is incomplete will be excluded from participation. Each participant may enter the competition a maximum of one time.
The winners will be chosen under the supervision of bailiff Eric De Belder, a judicial officer based in 2200 Herentals, Sint-Jobsstraat 21.
The winners will receive a personal confirmation by email. In the absence of a response to this notification within 30 calendar days, BAC and Transavia reserve the right to withdraw the prize. If the winner cannot or does not want to make use of the prize, the right to the prize expires. BAC and Transavia are not obliged to award the prize to another participant.
ARTICLE 5
The winners can win the following prizes:
-
First prize: 1 Transavia voucher for a return duo ticket (for 2 people) in economy class to Bordeaux
or Montpellier, under the following conditions:
- The voucher can only be used for direct Transavia flights from Brussels Airport.
- Flights must be booked before 31/12/2025.
- Departures must take place before 31/12/2025. Return is allowed in 2026.

- The value of the voucher is €500 for 2 people. Any difference in price must be paid by the winner.
- Second prize (only available to new Enjoy! members): a Brussels Airport goodie bag with an estimated value of €50.
Prizes are not exchangeable, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to a third party. BAC reserves the right to provide a prize equivalent in value to the stipulated prize.
ARTICLE 6
Each person can only enter the contest once. The same person may not participate with different email addresses. Moreover, only one prize can be awarded per person, (email) address, and IP address.
